LPN Intake Nurse Home Health: Now hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse for LPN Intake Nurse at Care IV Home Health's Russellville branch. As our full-time LPN Intake Nurse, you will work in our Russellville office and your duties will include, but are not necessarily limited to: answering phones, accepting new patient referrals, educating potential referrals on their home care service options, verifying insurance, contacting physicians, hospital and clinic staff, receiving and faxing out documents, etc. You will perform patient intake for home health services such as: skilled nursing, therapy (OT, PT, & ST), personal care, etc. We are seeking a LPN who is professional and pleasant with excellent communication skills to join our Russellville work family full-time. General office hours are Monday through Friday 8a-5p. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
