Personal Care Aide PCA home care aides: Care IV Home Health's Russellville branch is seeking multiple Aides to perform home care visits and hourly personal care in the early morning, day time and/or evenings. Will visit various Russellville area clients. Shifts are generally anywhere from 2 hours up to 12 hours at a time. Flexible scheduling available! Home care duties may include (but are not necessarily limited to): personal care, assistance with daily living skills, light meal prep, light housekeeping, etc. Great for caring, reliable Aides seeking extra work in the mornings, days or evenings. Provide care to our patients in the comfort of their private homes (mainly) and assisted living facilities (occasionally). Requirements: Must meet at least ONE of the following 4 criteria
- Certified Nursing Assistant whose license is active, in good standing and valid in the state of Arkansas
- PCA Certificate
- Be actively enrolled and currently attending classes in an accredited Nursing School program
- Or minimum 1 year of professional caregiver experience specifically in a facility such as: nursing home, hospital, agency, long-term care facility, etc.
