RN Case Manager Home Health - Care IV Home Health Russellville is now hiring for the full-time career position of RN Case Manager! We are an established, stable home care company that has been caring for Arkansans since 1993. We offer a wide variety of home health skilled nursing, therapy, private duty and personal care services. As our RN Case Manager, you will join our current Case Managers and skilled nursing team in performing a variety of home health case management duties including (but not necessarily limited to):
patient admits/discharges, assessments, start-of-care, patient teachings, medication administration, post-surgical care, wound care, etc. Our RN Case Managers divide their time between working in our Russellville office and visiting our patients in the comfort of their private homes and assisted living facilities in the area.

Requirements:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse, ideally, with previous home health and OASIS experience. May consider RNs with a strong med/surg nursing history and excellent clinical nursing skills. Highly organized, motivated RN with a passion for home health essential.
