A manufacturer of fabricated and formed metal components near Russellville, AR is looking for a Maintenance Manager to lead their Maintenance Department of 10-15 Maintenance Technicians and Supervisors. The Maintenance Manager will lead the TPM program for the plant and will be involved in both mechanical and electrical maintenance. His or her responsibilities will include troubleshooting the repair of production and support equipment, leading capital projects, CMMS, Lean Manufacturing and equipment installation projects. The Maintenance Manager must be familiar with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. He or she must also be familiar with metal fabrication and forming equipment. A Bachelors degree from an accredited university is preferred, along with at least 5 years of recent maintenance management experience in a busy manufacturing plant, however a proven Maintenance Manager with no degree and 10 years of management experience will be considered. CPMM or CMRP credentials are preferred. Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills are absolutely required for this position. Overnight travel is expected to be minimal.
