Assist Sanitation with the re-assembly of pipes and equipment as required.
Report to assigned area and complete batches already in progress or start new batches according to work orders.
Check work orders, recipes, ingredient inventory and code number s.
Perform safety check on any equipment to be used in the daily operations and insure that all other safety devices are functioning properly.
Obtain pallets of ingredients from staging with a power jack using first in / first out process and transport to work station.
Set kettle controls to proper settings in accordance with the work order and recipe and add water to Liquefiers as required.
Load and Operate
Use a scale to weigh-out ingredients.
Manually dump bags, boxes, cases, buckets, baskets or scoops of ingredients, additives, spices and flavorings into batch according to approved recipe.
Monitor batch cycle, take samples, perform quality checks and make necessary adjustments.
Use machine controls / onboard computer to pump completed batches to appropriate chillers / holding tanks as required.
Clean-up
Close un-used ingredients and mark bags as required
Turn in batch sheets, ingredient sheets, pump-off excess (oil / tomato paste) to waste tank.
Breakdown and clean the machine parts at the end of the shift or when necessary.
Perform general housekeeping duties in work area, remove empty pallets and place trash in proper receptacles.
Keep the work area clear and clean, sweep / shovel up spills, blow-down tools and equipment, empty trash and replace liners.
Perform shutdown clean up as required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
