AmeriCold Logistics, the largest provider of temperature controlled distribution services in the US, is seeking an Appointment Scheduler to join the team at our Russellville Valley, AR facility.
Primary Responsibility: To schedule the flow of trucks in and out of the facility in order to facilitate the efficiency of the operational workflow.
Essential Functions:
Schedule appointments for customer pick up and delivery.
Accurately attain and record customer and load information.
Maintain and monitor accurate and up-to-date truck log.
Skillfully and accurately communicate with CSR's, operations, logistics, truck lines, and customers.
Assit with CSR functions and tasks as requested.
Other duties as requested.
Required
Experience:
1
years customer service: or equivalent combination of education and experience
Computer literacy: Microsoft Office and Red Prairie experience preferred
Accurate typing and data entry skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong problem solving skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
Flexibility and initiative
Experience working with challenging customers
