Process Engineer
The Judge Group has partnered with a manufacturing client looking for a Process Engineer for their team.
This role is on 1st shift and would be heavily involved in all things continuous improvement, process improvement, start-up projects, and general improvement opportunities for the plant.

Responsibilities:
This role will analyze all performance data to indentify improvement opportunities Constant communication and coordination with all salaried and hourly workforce on projects, timelines, training, etc.
Develops plans for implementation of new projects/processes and communicating the timelines to all senior plant staff Be a subject matter expert on all things CI/Lean for all salaried and hourly workforce Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field Previous manufacturing environment experience Strong knowledge of Continuous Improvement and Lean Six Sigma Recommended Skills Business Process Improvement Industrial Engineering Lean Six Sigma Manufacturing Communication Process Engineering Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
