Position Objective:
To provide patient treatment under the supervision of their discipline specific clinician.
Qualifications:
oGraduate of an accredited therapy program with state license.
oCurrent license from the state of practice oCurrent TB skin test Requirements:

oProvides quality patient treatment to help each patient reach their highest practible level of function.
oSeeks oversight, communication and collaboration with their discipline specific clinician.
oMaintains current documentation and attests to correct billing.
oIs an active member of the facility interdisciplinary team.
oIs familiar with and follows Incite Policy & Procedure Manual and Incite Employee Handbook.
oIs familiar with the Incite Corporate Compliance Program oParticipates in Quality Assurance as assigned.
oIs clinically competent with all therapy procedures provided.
