Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients as they arrive at the office - Schedule and confirm patient appointments - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients - Assist with patient registration and insurance verification - Collect and process patient payments - Maintain patient records and update information as needed - Coordinate referrals to specialists or other healthcare providers - Provide excellent customer service and ensure patient satisfaction Skills:
